It was a perfect work out session helping me transform into a fit physique. The exercise regime also suited me perfectly as it balanced weight loss, toning and fitness according to my requirement. Raju is a very encouraging and supportive trainer, he recognizes my strengths and weaknesses and adjusts the regime accordingly. Overall, it was a super rigorous and enjoyable experience!

Raju sir took me on as a student at a point where I wasn't flexible and didn't know the a b c of martial arts. I trained with him everyday for 3 months and he was always willing to help and better me. I think raju sir can truly go a long way since he knows what he wants and he works hard to gv his students the best of his knowledge.

Few things that I learnt from him is muay thai, wushu, and weapons We also shot a couple of videos where he used his skill of camera placement and gave me tips on camera facing.

One year ago, I couldn't walk properly own my own. I needed support and my knee did not bend properly. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. It a condition when the disks in the spinal cord get jammed together, which stops signals from the brain reaching certain limbs of the body (depending on the region in the spinal cord being affected).

The only option given to me was major surgery with no guarantee that anything would get better, and I was told that the risk was that if anything went wrong in the operation I could lose movement in my legs completely.

My nephew on seeing my condition suggested Tai Chi. He said that it is supposed to stretch the limbs and to try at least try as i would be no where worse of than I already was.

I looked for Tai Chi instructors and found out that Master Raju Das taught Tai Chi in my area. He asked me to come for one class to see the examine how much I could walk and if I could practice the art of Tai Chi. On my first meeting, he told me that it would be slow but he would get me to walk on my own again. Its been three months since I started my Tai Chi classes. Already, I can walk for the most part on my own. There has been an improved movement in my left foot. Master Raju Das has been a very patient and enthusiastic teacher; he is always positive and encourages me to push myself further than I think I can.

I definitely recommend Tai Chi taught by master Raju Das, as it has helped me gain my confidence and is helping me become my old active self again.

It was a great pleasure training with Mr. Raju Das. Simply because his knowledge of various exercise forms like Yoga, Martial arts & Kick Boxing is very good & also, he trains with a lot of passion. I am Shivam Bakshi trained under master Raju Das in muay thai for one year and 3 months.I met him through one of his advertisements.Training martial arts under him has given me a great boost in strength and speed.The results i got were amazing.I have also learnt various moves which i never thought i could learn until he came.at first i did not know anything about fighting.
