This training module is concentrated towards increasing the efficiency of your employees and increase their self-awareness and equip them with self-defense technique. This 1 hour module will comprise of warm 15 mins up session, 30mins of Mixed Martial Arts and self-defense techniques and 15 mins of power yoga for stress relief and increased concentration.
